The espresso grinding speed is basically 1g per second, the noise is relatively quiet, there is almost no residual powder, and the appearance speaks for itself—it's more and more attractive the more you look at it.

Compact and efficient coffee grinder with optimal flavor preservation

The machine is very compact and doesn’t take up any space at all! Adjusting the grind size is also very convenient. Grinding 18g takes about 20 seconds, with almost no residual grounds! Moreover, the flavour is well preserved, maintaining a good basic richness. After numerous tests, using around 18.5g or slightly more of beans produces the best flow rate and taste (for medium-dark and dark roasts).

Fast grinding with ion anti-static feature for minimal residue

The grinding speed is fast, taking about 22 to 25 seconds to grind 18 grams of espresso coffee beans. What pleases me is that it is equipped with an ion anti-static device, resulting in low residual powder.

High-quality, quiet flat burr grinder with plasma generator

The craftsmanship is fine and quite user-friendly, with very low operating noise. It comes with a built-in plasma generator that eliminates fly powder. The ground coffee is very fluffy and doesn’t clump. It’s unbeatable for home use. Personally, I feel the flat burr grinder releases the Italian-style flavours more fully, and the oils are well preserved.
