1. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (BST / GMT) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
- Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we operate three global fulfillment hubs:

Your order will be automatically routed from the optimal warehouse based on real-time stock availability and your shipping destination.

The total estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the transit time.
The vast majority of parcels sent by us will arrive within the estimates given on the table above. However, we cannot guarantee this due to the rare possibility of any unforeseen circumstances with delivery companies.
3. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address at no cost before the order is shipped and a tracking number is generated. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.
4. Order Tracking
If you have already registered on kafava.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account.
Meanwhile, once your pay your order, you’ll receive an email, which provides a link to order tracking details. Sometimes, the carrier takes 3-5 business days to upgrade tracking information.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 business days, displays an abnormal status (such as "Delivery Failed" or "Returned to Sender"), or if loss is suspected, please contact us at Service@Kafava.com immediately.
- Investigation Process: Upon receipt of your notification and all required supporting documentation, we will initiate a formal inquiry with the carrier within 2 business days. Please note that while we strive for a quick resolution, the carrier's formal investigation and claims process can take between 30 to 90 days, depending on the destination and carrier policy.
- Confirmed Loss: If the carrier officially confirms the parcel is lost, we will offer you a full refund or a one-time free replacement.
- "Delivered" but Not Received: If the tracking status indicates "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel, this may involve mail theft or misdelivery. In such cases, we require the following supporting documentation to initiate a formal investigation and claim:

- Clear Photos of the Delivery Location: Including the house/apartment number, the front door/porch, and the surrounding area.

- Police Report/Crime Reference Number (CRN): A formal report or equivalent proof filed with your local police department regarding the potential theft.
- Shipping Protection (Highly Recommended)
We strongly suggest opting for Shipping Protection at checkout for enhanced security. This coverage is underwritten by AIG and administered by Xcotton Co. It provides a professional, expedited claims service for:

- Lost Packages & Mis-delivery (delivered to wrong address).

- Significant Delays in delivery.
Upon receipt of all required documents, Xcotton Co. typically processes claims within 3-5 business days, bypassing the standard 30-90-day carrier investigation.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our standard Return Policy.

7. Shipping Costs & Taxes
- Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders to the most contries. Please refer to the shipping information on the product page or checkout page for details.
- Taxes (VAT/GST): All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST). The price you see is the price you pay at checkout.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Please Note: Orders shipped to international destinations, including the UK and Australia, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges are not included in the product price or our shipping cost. The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs and import-related fees. Kafava.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office or our customer service.
