For returns due to a change of mind (e.g., personal preference, wrong item/color ordered), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your convenience, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. The actual cost of the return postage charged by the shipping carrier will be deducted from your total refund amount.
