At Kafava.com, we are dedicated to providing a transparent and efficient shipping experience for our customers. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines.
1. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (BST / GMT) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
- Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is shipped, the estimated transit time is as follows:
- United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
- Australia: 6-10 business days
The total estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the transit time.
The vast majority of parcels sent by us will arrive within the estimates given on the table above. However, we cannot guarantee this due to the rare possibility of any unforeseen circumstances with delivery companies.
3. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address at no cost before the order is shipped and a tracking number is generated. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.
4. Order Tracking
If you have already registered on kafava.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account.
Meanwhile, once your pay your order, you’ll receive an email, which provides a link to order tracking details. Sometimes, the carrier takes 3-5 business days to upgrade tracking information.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel tracking has not been updated for more than 5 business days, displays an abnormal status (such as "Delivery Failed" or "Returned to Sender"), or if loss is confirmed, please contact
Service@Kafava.com immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier within 3 business days. In the event of a confirmed loss, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement.
Please note: Should the tracking indicate "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, which may require the submission of supporting documentation.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our standard Return Policy.

7. Shipping Costs & Taxes
- Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom and Australia.
- Taxes (VAT/GST): All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST). The price you see is the price you pay at checkout.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Please Note: Orders shipped to international destinations, including the UK and Australia, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges are not included in the product price or our shipping cost. The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs and import-related fees. Kafava.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
9. Shipping Carriers
To ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner, we collaborate with the carriers:

The specific carrier for your order will depend on the delivery address, product category, and the location of the Kafava warehouse.
