The surface area is largest among the three papers so water path can be kept until last even if all fine powder is attached.
For Dark Roast: *For Body & Sweetness *Thickness-2: Thickness 0.22mm *Density: Middle *Two-Side Crepe (Dence: low-height) *This paper has the “Two-Side Crepe” but the height of crepe is set to be lower.

Wonderful flow rate

Doesn't quite live up to the hype.

I wouldn't choose these over the standard Hario V60 filter papers. They do the job well, but I didn't notice any significant improvements to warrant searching for them and paying extra. However, your experience may differ. Nevertheless, they performed well and served as a good alternative to the standard Hario filters.

Cafec makes excellent products, and these filters are great. I use them with both light and medium roast coffees, and they produce a fast, flavorful brew every time.

The flow rate is very fast

I used to use Cafec Abaca filters for V60. When Abaca became scarce, I tried these. There is a slight difference in flow, but they still make great coffee.
